These flavors are melded together to perfection by our meticulous on-the-grain distillation process then aged in-house in 53-gallon new American Charred Oak Barrels. A few times a year we go through our oldest barrels and select the finest bourbon that we have, to be released as our cask strength single barrel select. Our co-founder and master distiller Justin Lee samples our oldest grain to glass barrels to find the most flavorful and robust bourbon in our inventory. The result is a complex blend of flavors that will satisfy the most complex palate combined with the signature smoothness that defines the Molly Brown line.
