As a member of the Brennan family in New Orleans, she was Co-inventor of the famous Bananas Foster dessert in 1951. We turned this decadent dessert of bananas and caramel into a devily delicious frozen cocktail.

Chinda Iwa
Serving as a diplomat from Japan, the Viscountess, along with First Lady Helen Taft, planted the first two of the famous cherry blossom trees in Washington, D.C. in 1912. Those tress are still standing today and serve as a symbol of friendship between the U.S. and Japan. In her honor, we name our cocktail version of the cherries jubilee desert.
